About the role
The Food Service Executive will drive sales of FMCG food products within the HORECA sector and the broader food distribution network. Reporting to the sales manager, you will represent Venus Group of Companies to chefs, purchasing heads, and hospitality managers, building a pipeline of new accounts and strengthening existing relationships in Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell FMCG food products to chefs, purchasing heads, and management.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the HORECA sector.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct market visits, identify new business opportunities, and expand the distribution network.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to product development teams.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Food Service, HORECA, FMCG, or retail sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in field sales and client handling.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and travel within the assigned territory.
