Upwork Bidder & Business Development Executive (Remote, Commission)

About the role

Dynsof Solutions is seeking a motivated Upwork Bidder & Business Development Executive to work remotely on a commission‑based model. You will be responsible for identifying high‑value projects on Upwork and turning them into new client relationships for our software development services.

Key responsibilities

• Search and pinpoint relevant job postings on Upwork daily.
• Craft customized, compelling proposals for web, mobile app, and software development projects.
• Communicate professionally with potential clients, answer initial queries, and negotiate scope, timelines, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements before bidding.
• Maintain a strong win rate and help grow Dynsof’s Upwork profile and Job Success Score.

Required profile

• Proven track record of bidding successfully on Upwork (portfolio or results required).
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Good understanding of software development services such as web, app.NET, and e‑commerce.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Upwork’s algorithm, connect strategy, and best‑practice proposal techniques.
