Upwork Bidder (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder who can do more than just send proposals – you will be responsible for winning high‑quality projects on the Upwork platform. This is a long‑term remote position focused on generating consistent revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑potential clients on Upwork before competitors.
• Craft compelling, conversion‑focused proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
• Manage a pipeline of bids to meet a monthly revenue target of $2,000–$2,500.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize win rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project hand‑off after winning bids.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.
• Ability to spot lucrative opportunities and act quickly.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Excellent written communication and persuasive proposal writing skills.
