User Acquisition & Growth Manager – Android & iOS Games

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven User Acquisition and Growth Manager to lead monetisation and acquisition strategies for our Android and iOS games. You will work closely with product and production teams to optimise revenue streams and scale user acquisition campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and optimise monetisation, including AdMob and AppLovin MAX mediation, waterfall and bidding strategies.
• Improve ARPDAU and eCPM through data‑driven optimisation.
• Plan, execute and scale paid user acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and Mintegral.
• Optimise ROAS and campaign performance, including scaling successful campaigns.
• Implement analytics and testing using Firebase Analytics, Remote Config and A/B testing.
• Conduct App Store Optimization (ASO) – keyword research, conversion rate optimisation, competitor analysis and A/B testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling Android apps profitably.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, LTV, retention and monetisation metrics.
• Experience growing IAP and subscription revenue.
• Hands‑on experience with mediation platforms (AdMob & AppLovin MAX).
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing and data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production teams.
• Expertise in Android user acquisition with ROAS‑based scaling strategies.
• Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (MMP) for attribution and post‑backs.
