Vacation Homes Sales Executive / Manager

About the role

Offto Resorts is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive/Manager to drive the sale of holiday homes, chalets and room units at its properties in Skardu and Hunza. The role involves engaging prospective buyers, showcasing the resorts, and closing sales while representing the brand across major Pakistani cities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new buyers interested in investing in holiday homes, chalets, and room units.
• Conduct presentations and property tours for potential clients.
• Assist clients throughout the purchasing process, from inquiry to contract signing.
• Research market trends, competitor pricing, and prospective buyer profiles.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track sales performance against targets.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory covering Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi.
