Virtual Assistant – Recruitment Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our HR department in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring environment. The role focuses on recruitment coordination, interview scheduling and maintaining accurate hiring records, all performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR team in daily recruitment and hiring operations.
• Screen incoming applications and organize candidate data with precision.
• Maintain and update hiring trackers, spreadsheets, and recruitment records.
• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of candidate interviews efficiently.
• Manage interview calendars, align availability, and send invitations, confirmations, and reminders.
• Handle rescheduling promptly while keeping all records up‑to‑date.
• Keep candidate pipelines organized across different hiring stages.
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on provided criteria.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms when required.
• Ensure strong coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Collect required candidate information and documentation.
• Report daily progress, completed tasks, pending actions, and blockers clearly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good command of English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibility professionally.
• Stable internet connection and a proper remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in Google Docs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Remote work arrangement.
• Salary of PKR 40,000 per month.
• Working hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
