Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Virtual Assistant to support the leadership and operational teams at GRQ HOLDINGS across e‑commerce, media and technology projects. You will ensure smooth daily operations by managing virtual appointments, handling communications and keeping digital files organized.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate virtual appointments and calendar events.
• Handle multiple email inboxes, draft and format documents, and prepare basic reports.
• Maintain organized digital files and support document management.
• Perform data entry, update spreadsheets and maintain accurate records in databases.
• Conduct online research to support business initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, track follow‑ups and support ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities, with experience in email handling and digital file organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with online research, data entry and maintaining accurate spreadsheet or database records.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Professionalism, discretion and attention to detail when handling confidential information.
• Experience supporting executives or teams in e‑commerce, media or technology is a plus.
• Relevant education or training in business administration, communications or a related field is beneficial.
