About the role

Mygrate Advisors Pvt. Ltd., a Lahore‑based immigration, education and travel consultancy, is looking for a detail‑oriented Visa Processing Officer. The role involves coordinating visa application preparation, ensuring accuracy, and providing clear, professional support to clients throughout the visa process.

Key responsibilities

• Review client documents and application details for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Prepare, organize, and submit visa applications according to destination requirements and timelines.
• Explain document requirements, application steps, and process updates to clients in a clear, client‑focused manner.
• Track application progress, maintain organized client records, and follow up on outstanding information.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to resolve application issues and support timely case handling.
• Stay informed about visa procedures and communicate verified changes to the team.
• Handle sensitive client information responsibly and maintain professional service standards.

Required profile

• Knowledge of visa application workflows and document requirements, or ability to learn destination‑specific procedures quickly.
• Strong document review skills, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for explaining requirements and providing courteous client updates.
• Organized case management with reliable follow‑through on deadlines.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential information and client records.
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases, work carefully under time constraints, and collaborate with a consultancy team.
