Warehouse Executive (Logistics)

About the role

The company seeks a dedicated Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations in Lahore. The role focuses on accurate stock handling, dispatch coordination, and seamless interaction with drivers and the sales team. The executive will use SAP and warehouse management systems to ensure efficient material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily receiving, verification, and recording of stock using SAP and inward gate passes.
• Supervise dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries against sales orders and preparing related documentation.
• Manage vehicle movements, gate entry/exit procedures, and weighing operations.
• Coordinate loading and unloading labor to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Conduct daily stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Implement the warehouse layout plan to ensure proper stacking and organization.
• Ensure compliance with safety management systems and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Proven ability to work with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Strong leadership in day‑to‑day operations without formal team‑management responsibilities.
• Effective collaboration with drivers, sales staff, and other departments.
