About the role

This is a 15‑day, paid, on‑site e‑commerce internship for female candidates at Scale Squad’s Islamabad office. You will receive practical, hands‑on training on running an e‑commerce business in Pakistan and selling to international markets such as the US and UAE.

Key responsibilities

Learn how to operate an e‑commerce business end‑to‑end, from product listing to order fulfillment.
Gain experience in targeting and selling to international markets, including the United States and United Arab Emirates.

Required profile

Female candidates only, fresh graduates with no prior experience required.
Available to work on‑site in Islamabad, 10 AM‑6 PM, Monday‑Saturday, and able to join full‑time after the internship.
Not currently enrolled as a university student or employed elsewhere.
Good communication skills and a serious interest in building a career in e‑commerce.

What we offer

Stipend of PKR 5,000 for the 15‑day internship.
Potential full‑time employment as an E‑commerce Sales Associate, with top performers earning over USD 1,000 within the first few months.
