About the role

Capital Smart City is seeking a talented 3D Visualizer to join its on‑site team in Rawalpindi. You will create high‑impact visual presentations and realistic renderings that showcase the city’s innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce stunning 3D visualizations and photorealistic renderings aligned with project specifications.
• Apply advanced lighting techniques to enhance visual appeal and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with architectural and design teams to translate concepts into detailed 3D models and drawings.
• Maintain consistency in graphics quality while meeting tight project deadlines.
• Continuously refine visual outputs based on feedback and evolving design requirements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in urban development or real‑estate projects is advantageous.
