ACA Verification Specialist (Call Center)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated ACA Verification Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls for ACA leads. You will guide U.S. customers through plan selection, eligibility checks, and enrollment while ensuring compliance with ACA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for ACA leads.
• Assist customers with plan selection, eligibility verification, and enrollment.
• Guide clients accurately through the application process.
• Maintain compliance with ACA guidelines and call protocols.
• Perform call verification, documentation, and data entry.
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service to U.S. clients.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in an ACA campaign.
• Strong knowledge of ACA plans, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
• Excellent English communication skills; American accent preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Professional, confident attitude with a clear understanding of compliance standards.
