ACA Verifier – Inbound/Outbound Call Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated ACA Verifier to manage inbound and outbound calls for ACA leads. You will guide U.S. customers through plan selection, eligibility checks, and enrollment while ensuring compliance with ACA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for ACA leads.
• Assist customers with plan selection, eligibility verification, and enrollment.
• Guide clients accurately through the application process.
• Maintain compliance with ACA guidelines and call protocols.
• Perform call verification and thorough documentation.
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service to U.S. clients.

Required profile

• Confident and professional attitude.
• Ability to handle objections and close effectively.
• Clear understanding of compliance and call handling standards.

Required skills

• Experience in ACA campaign (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of ACA plans, eligibility, and enrollment process.
• Excellent English communication skills (American accent preferred).
