ACCA Trainee - Order to Cash

About the role

We are looking for an ACCA‑qualified trainee to join our Shared Services team in Pakistan, supporting the Order‑to‑Cash process. The role offers hands‑on experience in managing financial records, processing transactions and delivering analysis that drives business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for the Shared Services department, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Process accounts receivable, general ledger entries and other financial transactions promptly.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare reports to support management decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CMA or ACCA.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP financial systems.
