Account Executive – Client Relations & Service Coordination

About the role

Power Accounting, a U.S.-based CPA firm, is expanding its Karachi team and seeks an Account Executive to act as the primary point of contact for clients. You will ensure smooth communication between clients and internal accounting professionals, delivering a professional and timely service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with assigned clients, understanding their bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation and planning needs.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, accounting and tax teams to track deliverables, deadlines and client requests.
• Prepare client updates, meeting notes, proposals, service summaries and follow‑up actions.
• Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients and support new‑business discussions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems, monitor account status, renewals and client satisfaction.
• Resolve routine concerns and escalate technical or compliance matters when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management and professional communication skills.
• Ability to explain bookkeeping, accounting and tax services at a business level.
• Experience handling multiple accounts, deadlines and service requests.
• Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to interact with U.S.-based clients.
• Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach with accounting teams.

Required skills

• Proficient use of email and spreadsheets.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and record‑keeping abilities.
