Account Executive - Enterprise Software (US/Europe)

About the role

Alachisoft, a privately held company founded in Silicon Valley and now based in Dallas, Texas, with an offshore partner office in Islamabad, is hiring an Account Executive for its enterprise software product NCache. The role covers the US, Canada, UK, Western Europe and Australia/New Zealand markets and is fully on-site in Islamabad, working between 4:00 PM and 1:00 AM. The executive grows sales pipeline revenue from existing customers and new accounts, meeting quarterly targets and KPIs while building professional relationships with internal team members.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with existing customers to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Follow up on all revenue opportunities until they are closed
• Contact B2B inbound leads, qualify them and convert them into opportunities
• Prepare targeted emails and promotional materials for prospects and customers
• Present the company's value proposition and use the company sales methodology, recommending process improvements
• Achieve monthly KPIs on touch-points, conversation quality, opportunities and relationship deepening
• Record all activities in the company CRM and work as a self-directed team member

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
• BA/BS degree in Technology, Business or equivalent
• Prior experience in a US client-facing role
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in American English
• Understanding of technology jargon to talk to software developers and IT engineers
• Proven track record of strong results, creative thinking, attention to detail and time management
