Account Manager B2G – Government Accounts

About the role

The Account Manager B2G is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of assigned government accounts, driving business growth and strengthening relationships. The role translates government digitalisation priorities into actionable account plans and coordinates internal and external stakeholders to deliver complete solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans covering stakeholder mapping, ICT spend potential, competition and risks.
• Drive business development to achieve revenue targets and build a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
• Design go‑to‑market strategies aligned with JazzWorld’s digitalisation roadmap and customer priorities.
• Collaborate with product, pre‑sales and technology teams to translate customer needs into solution, commercial and delivery briefs.
• Lead discovery and governance meetings, manage proposals, tenders, negotiations and handover to implementation teams.
• Ensure accurate pipeline reporting and oversee billing readiness and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Telecommunications, ICT, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of techno‑commercial, enterprise sales or account‑management experience in a reputable organisation.
• In‑depth knowledge of ICT solutions, fixed and mobile connectivity, cybersecurity, IoT/M2M and related vertical ecosystems.
• Understanding of government laws, public procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end opportunity qualification, tendering, commercial, legal and billing processes.
