Account Manager – Client Servicing (Social Media)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Junior Account Manager who will serve as the main liaison between our clients and the creative team, ensuring social‑media‑focused campaigns are delivered on time and meet brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication with clients to capture requirements and brief the internal creative team.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, media buyers and content specialists to develop monthly content calendars.
• Monitor Instagram, TikTok, Reels, viral trends, sounds and memes, proposing adaptations for each brand.
• Track content production, approvals, shoots and campaign deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
• Attend client meetings, take clear briefs and provide regular updates and summaries.
• Maintain task tracking and foster transparent communication across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven client servicing or account management experience in a digital marketing, advertising or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of social‑media culture, content development and influencer marketing workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confident presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to write clear briefs, scopes, timelines and client updates.
• Strong project coordination, prioritisation and deadline‑management abilities.
