Account Manager – Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

About the role

As an Account Manager for the CPG vertical, you will be the primary execution engine and daily strategic touchpoint for key FMCG brands and their agency partners on a leading social media platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, retainers and revenue targets across a portfolio of CPG accounts, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Translate high‑level media strategies into full‑funnel media plans, overseeing pitch decks, briefs, audience targeting, and platform feature utilization such as short‑form video, creator integrations and AR formats.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, provide performance analytics, conduct client reporting calls and recommend budget reallocations to improve ROAS.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media planners, buyers and brand teams, acting as the go‑to partner for platform support and creative best practices.
• Collaborate with internal Creative Studio, Ad‑Ops and Ad‑Tech teams to ensure seamless campaign launches and technical execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital media planning, buying or performance account management, preferably with CPG/FMCG brands.
• Prior agency experience or experience managing agency execution workflows is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Urdu with strong written, verbal and visual storytelling abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital ad managers and social media advertising platforms.
• Experience with biddable media, audience segmentation and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of campaign measurement concepts such as brand lift, attribution and ROAS.
