Account Manager - Engineering

About the role

Lal Din Engineering, an industrial engineering firm based in the Lahore District, is hiring a full-time, on-site Account Manager. The role manages and grows client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and working closely with technical and operations teams to deliver services and projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical and operations teams.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts, and monitor project progress.
• Address client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Track account performance, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and support business development.
• Maintain accurate account records, report on key metrics and contribute to process improvements that improve the client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in account management or customer-facing roles.
• Previous experience in B2B account management, sales support or customer success in engineering, manufacturing or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Lahore District, manage time independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Strong client relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Project coordination and organisation across multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in common office tools such as email, spreadsheets and presentation software.
