Account Manager – Global Customer Retention

About the role

Expeditors is seeking an Account Manager to lead the relationship with one of its top global customers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring seamless cross‑functional service delivery, and strengthening long‑term partnership across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage worldwide activity with a key global customer to maximise retention and growth.
• Identify and service cross‑functional and geographical operational requirements proactively.
• Act as the chief revenue growth champion, coordinating strategic business planning and execution.
• Deliver tailored business reviews and workshops that create value, reduce costs and enhance collaboration.
• Align multi‑regional teams to address the customer’s supply‑chain priorities and challenges.
• Collaborate with senior executives, product, and geo management to design timely, value‑add solutions.
• Increase Expeditors’ revenue and profitability through enhanced, value‑added services.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent business qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Expeditors or a comparable logistics/transportation environment.
• Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of Expeditors products and services.
