Account Manager – IoT Systems for Smart Offices & Buildings

About the role

SolutionMall is seeking an Account Manager to drive its IoT system business in Pakistan. You will focus on B2B sales of smart office, smart building, and smart home solutions, building long‑term relationships with customers, distributors and system integrators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new customer and channel opportunities for smart office, smart building, intelligent building and smart home projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with system integrators, distributors, real‑estate developers, contractors, facility‑management firms and procurement teams.
• Promote SolutionMall’s IoT portfolio – sensors, gateways, smart lighting, energy monitoring, HVAC control, access‑control integration, environmental monitoring and remote‑management platforms.
• Follow up on project requirements, RFQs, quotation discussions, budget expectations and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate internally with suppliers, product teams and external stakeholders to ensure proper solution matching and project progress.
• Collect market feedback on demand, product preferences, pricing, channel conditions, competitor activity and purchasing habits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within IoT, smart building, smart office or smart home sectors.
• Familiarity with building automation, ELV systems, security integration and facility‑management technology.
• Ability to identify real project requirements, manage RFQs and support long‑term customer development.
• Strong networking skills with distributors, system integrators, contractors and real‑estate developers.
