Account Manager – Telecom Solutions

About the role

As an Account Manager you will drive business growth for Ericsson’s Network portfolio in Pakistan, building trusted relationships with customers and guiding them through technology modernization. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored 4G/5G, transport and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic relationships at executive, business and technical levels.
• Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities across RAN, Microwave, Transport, IP, Private Networks and Network Services.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales engagements from opportunity creation to contract closure and governance.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer objectives and Ericsson’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate with solution architects, service delivery and product units to craft competitive value propositions.
• Conduct commercial negotiations, pricing and risk management to ensure profitable growth.
• Monitor market trends, technology evolution and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in telecommunications sales, key account management or network solution sales.
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in bid management, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Ability to engage C‑level executives and senior technical leaders.
