Accountant – Manage Multiple UAE Clients

About the role

The person will be responsible for managing the accounting records of multiple UAE‑based clients. This role involves accurate recording of all financial transactions, maintaining up‑to‑date financial data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with VAT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately perform monthly accounting for a minimum of 5‑6 clients.
• Communicate with clients to gather required information and answer their queries promptly.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for all clients (cash, bank, receivables, payables, etc.).
• Prepare and file VAT returns for assigned clients.
• Prepare month‑end reports.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
• Comply with the company’s data management policies.
• Conduct thorough self‑review of clients’ reports before submission.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Partial certification in accounting (CA, ACCA, ICMA) or similar is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience managing multiple clients in a similar role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with cloud‑based accounting software such as QuickBooks, Smartbooks, Zohobooks, Odoo, and Tally.
