Accountant – Manufacturing & Product Development

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Accountant position is based in Karachi and supports Threadx’s manufacturing and product development operations. You will manage daily financial transactions, ensure accurate cost tracking, and provide insights to drive data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, record general ledger entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, monitor budgets and cash flow.
• Track manufacturing and product development costs accurately.
• Manage invoices, support audits and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and management to deliver financial insights.
• Maintain internal controls and improve financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA) is a plus.
• Relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, textiles or product development.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude and integrity.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively on‑site.
