Accountant – QuickBooks & Multi‑Currency Specialist

About the role

Voltic Inc. is seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented Accountant to manage the financial records and international billing operations of its software house. The role requires strong analytical abilities and hands‑on experience with accounting software and advanced spreadsheet tools.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and handle international client billing.
• Reconcile bank feeds, track expenses, and manage multi‑currency conversions.
• Process accounts using QuickBooks Online or Xero and advanced Google Sheets/MS Excel functions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero (mandatory).
• Excellent command of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data management).
• Strong mathematical logic, bookkeeping basics, and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience in a software house or handling IT‑related accounts is highly preferred.

What we offer

• Salary range Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 40,000 per month (based on skills).
• Full‑time, onsite position with a 6‑day work week (Monday to Saturday).
• 8‑hour shift plus a 1‑hour break.
• Office located at Voltic Inc., Meharvi Hospital, 2nd floor Ghulam Muhammad Abad, Faisalabad.
