Accounting Supervisor

About the role

The Accounting Supervisor will work full‑time on‑site in Islamabad, overseeing client accounting activities and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. This role coordinates closely with the headquarters in Saudi Arabia and internal accounting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client books of accounts and coordinate with HQ and local accounting teams.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain strong long‑term client partnerships.
• Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Collaborate with senior management to align client accounting strategies with firm objectives.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship, stakeholder communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in account supervision, portfolio management, and cross‑functional team coordination.
• Solid understanding of audit, accounting, and tax concepts; at least 5 years in professional services or financial consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, with additional regional languages considered beneficial.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
