Accounting Trainer

About the role

Future Connect Training and Recruitment is seeking a full‑time Accounting Trainer to join our hybrid team in Karachi. You will design and deliver hands‑on training programmes on a range of accounting software, ensuring trainees become job‑ready for the accounting industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules for accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, Tally, MYOB, BrightPay and AutoEntry.
• Conduct practical, interactive sessions and assess trainee performance.
• Provide one‑on‑one mentorship and support to ensure trainees meet industry standards.
• Create and update training materials in line with the latest accounting trends.
• Monitor progress through an interactive learning portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting and finance.
• CPA or Management Accounting qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in training or mentoring individuals.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Flexibility to work both on‑site and remotely.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
