About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage end‑to‑end accounts receivable processes. The role involves handling invoicing, collections, reconciliations and supporting month‑end closing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Reconcile customer accounts periodically and prepare aging reports.
- Process and record incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation to customer accounts.
- Assist with month‑end closing activities, including revenue recognition and AR reconciliations.
- Process outward freight bills and ensure timely payment.
