Accounts & Finance Officer – Multi‑Entity Operations

About the role

The Accounts & Finance Officer will manage end‑to‑end bookkeeping and financial operations for multiple entities across several countries. You will ensure accurate accounting, timely invoicing, and compliance with statutory and audit requirements while supporting budgeting and cash‑flow forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain eight accounting books across QuickBooks, Zoho Books and other ERP platforms, ensuring accurate GL entries, trial balances and month‑end closings.
• Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and vendor payments, including ageing analysis and dispute resolution.
• Perform bank, balance‑sheet and intercompany reconciliations and prepare monthly and year‑end financial reports.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management with department heads.
• Ensure tax, statutory and regulatory filings are completed on time and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA qualification or affiliate preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of multi‑entity, multi‑country finance experience.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations and month‑end closing.
• Familiarity with Pakistan FBR tax/VAT requirements and audit documentation.
