Accounts Intern – Finance Support Role

About the role

Harvest Bread, a Lahore‑based food manufacturing company, is looking for an Accounts Intern to assist its finance team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to bookkeeping, transaction recording and basic financial reporting within a structured production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, invoices, receipts and payment documents.
• Support bank, vendor, customer and general‑ledger reconciliations under supervision.
• Maintain organized filing of accounting records and verify supporting documentation.
• Prepare basic spreadsheets, summaries and reports for the finance team.
• Enter expense data, track costs and follow up on discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather information needed for routine accounting tasks.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of accounting principles, debits and credits.
• Attention to detail and ability to check figures for accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills for handling invoices, receipts and vouchers.
• Good written and verbal communication for internal coordination.
• Willingness to learn accounting software and adhere to confidentiality standards.
