Accounts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Accounts Manager to lead our accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and guarantee precise financial record‑keeping.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Review general ledger entries, journal postings, and perform account reconciliations.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, and fixed‑asset accounting functions.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and internal company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial performance indicators.
• Analyse financial data and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team.
