Accounts Manager – Real Estate Finance Lead

About the role

Al Rehman Developers is seeking a strategic Accounts Manager to lead financial management, accounting operations, and project reporting for its real‑estate development portfolio in Lahore. The role combines financial leadership with hands‑on budgeting, cash‑flow oversight, and compliance responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team and manage the preparation of trial balances, financial statements, and comprehensive reporting.
• Develop, monitor, and analyse project budgets, track variances and implement cost‑optimisation strategies.
• Direct daily cash‑flow activities, oversee treasury functions and provide accurate financial forecasts to senior management.
• Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with local tax, income‑tax withholding and sales‑tax regulations.
• Oversee vendor payments, subcontractor billing, client collections and overall liquidity management.

Required profile

• Education: CA Finalist with completed 3.5 years of mandatory articleship/training from a reputable audit firm.
• Experience: Fresh graduate (fresher) meeting the CA qualification.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, high ethical standards and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in ERP systems.
• Financial modelling proficiency in MS Excel.
