Accounts Tax Filing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Tax Filing Executive to oversee financial records, statutory filings and corporate compliance for our operations in Pakistan. The role combines accounting, tax filing and SECP registration duties, requiring strong knowledge of local tax laws and corporate regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers and financial statements.
• Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (Sales Tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax) with the Federal Board of Revenue.
• Manage company registration, incorporation and post‑incorporation compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
• Ensure timely submission of annual returns, statutory filings and other regulatory documents.
• Prepare financial reports and support audits and tax assessments.
• Reconcile bank statements and preserve financial records.
• Monitor compliance with Pakistani tax laws, corporate regulations and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, consultants and legal advisors as needed.
• Maintain corporate records, licenses and statutory documentation.
• Assist management with financial planning, budgeting and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, taxation and corporate compliance.
• Strong knowledge of FBR tax filing procedures and SECP registration requirements.
• Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
