Administrative Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Administrative Logistics Supervisor will oversee all administrative activities within the warehouse management system (MMS), ensuring accurate supplier and article master data, efficient ordering, and optimal stock levels. This position supports inventory accuracy and provides critical reporting to both Head Office and Store Management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain supplier and article master data in MMS and process authorized entries.
• Assist with partial and annual inventories, and file documents according to SOPs.
• Prepare and distribute daily MMS reports, price updates, and stock correction entries.
• Manage store ordering, follow‑up activities, and ensure stock availability.
• Coach and train team members on new concepts, technologies, and processes.
• Monitor team performance, identify productivity gaps, and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Graduation or equivalent degree.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under SOP guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• MMS system usage.
• Inventory management and stock control.
