Admissions Associate

About the role

The Admissions Associate supports the full admissions and enrollment cycle for the Institute for Art and Culture. Working on‑site in Lahore, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing clear information about programs and guiding applicants through the process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, deadlines, and documentation.
• Assist with application processing, data entry, and record maintenance in admissions systems.
• Coordinate campus tours, information sessions, and outreach events.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to meet enrollment targets.
• Prepare basic reports and suggest improvements to admissions processes.

Required profile

• Strong enrollment management experience, including application processing and record‑keeping.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Customer‑service orientation with timely, accurate, and respectful support.
• Interest or background in higher education, arts, cultural studies, or related fields.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using databases.
• Competence with email and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with student information systems or CRM platforms (advantageous).
