About the role
The Admissions Officer will manage all aspects of student admissions, handling inquiries and guiding applicants through the process. This role supports both prospective students and internal departments to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk‑ins.
- Assist students with application forms and required documentation.
- Verify applications and maintain admission records.
- Coordinate with academic and finance departments during admissions.
- Track application progress and keep students informed.
- Maintain accurate data in the admission system.
- Meet monthly admission targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
