Agent - Cold Calling - Onsite

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Cold Calling Agent to join our night‑shift team. You will work onsite near Johar Town, reaching out to international business prospects and presenting our service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to international business prospects and present service offerings.
• Generate, qualify, and track pipeline leads using CRM systems.
• Address client objections, negotiate terms, and close prospects.
• For senior or lead candidates: oversee monthly performance targets, develop sales strategies, and mentor junior sales associates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 months of cold‑calling experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Web, or 1–3 years in US Logistics/Freight Brokerage.
• Fluent English communication and strong pitch handling abilities.
• Ability to work full‑time night shifts onsite near Johar Town.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Knowledge of load board platforms.
