AI-Driven Product Manager (AI-First SDLC)

About the role

Q Solutions is building AI‑native products across industries and needs a product manager who can treat artificial intelligence as a core capability, not just a feature. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI‑driven products, from discovery through scalable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define AI‑first product vision and identify opportunities where AI creates a competitive edge.
• Lead the AI SDLC: discovery, rapid prototyping, data design, workflow automation, iterative deployment, and feedback loops.
• Build MVPs using AI APIs, LLM workflows, and no‑code automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, AI engineers, operations, and sales to ensure alignment.
• Monitor model performance, improve prompts and workflows, and ensure ethical AI implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 2–5 years of product management experience, preferably with AI exposure.
• Proven track record building SaaS, AI tools, or automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, systems‑thinking, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other automation platforms.
• Hands‑on knowledge of LLM workflows, AI APIs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and no‑code development environments.
• Ability to write detailed requirement documents and PRDs.
