AI Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Recruit Ai is seeking a Remote AI Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end AI solutions. You will work with large language models and natural language processing to create intelligent applications that process and generate human language.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable machine‑learning pipelines for large‑scale data processing.
• Build robust data ingestion, transformation, and storage workflows.
• Develop, fine‑tune, and deploy custom AI/ML models, including LLMs and generative AI.
• Leverage frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face for model integration.
• Create AI‑powered reporting dashboards and recommendation engines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise models in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Maintain documentation for data workflows, AI systems, and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience building and deploying AI or machine‑learning systems.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and natural language processing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across interdisciplinary teams.
• Focus on delivering production‑ready, scalable, and high‑performance AI solutions.
