AI Instructor – Teach Generative AI Projects

About the role

Edversity, part of the Rapidev Group, is looking for an AI Instructor to deliver practical artificial‑intelligence training to fresh graduates, final‑year students and early‑career professionals. You will lead daily lectures and hands‑on labs, guiding beginners from Python fundamentals to fully‑functional generative AI applications for their portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and labs following the approved curriculum.
• Break complex AI concepts into simple, actionable steps for trainees with no prior AI exposure.
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, notebooks, assignments and quizzes.
• Guide trainees through mini‑projects and a final capstone project.
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit regular reports.
• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind.
• Keep course material up‑to‑date with new AI tools and suggest improvements.
• Assist trainees with building portfolios, GitHub profiles and finding job or freelancing opportunities.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML or AI application development.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English and Urdu.
• Patience and genuine interest in teaching beginners.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Pandas and Scikit‑learn.
• TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with LLM APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Working knowledge of vector databases.
• Deploying at least one AI model or application.
