AI Product Engineer

About the role

Get Licensed is rebuilding its security‑training platform with AI‑first experiences. As an AI Product Engineer you will own end‑to‑end AI‑powered initiatives, turning ideas into shipped features that improve booking, support and back‑office workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full product lifecycle for AI features across the GuardPass suite, from discovery to iteration.
• Build and ship working prototypes using React/TypeScript front‑ends and Python/Node back‑ends with LLM APIs.
• Design and implement LLM‑powered systems such as conversational interfaces, RAG pipelines, multi‑agent workflows and tool‑use integrations.
• Create evaluation frameworks to define success metrics and guide data‑driven improvements.
• Write, version and test production prompts as engineering artifacts.
• Collaborate with lead engineers and product managers in the UK and Karachi to move prototypes to production‑grade services.
• Instrument features for performance, cost and resolution metrics and make decisions based on the data.

Required profile

• 3+ years of combined product management and software engineering experience.
• At least one shipped LLM‑powered feature used by real users.
• Strong product judgement and ability to prioritize commercial impact.
• Excellent written communication for specs, briefs and decision documents.
