AI Systems Developer – Full‑Stack & Automation

About the role

We are building a central AI brain for our company, composed of multiple specialized agents that ingest real business data and provide actionable insights. You will design, develop, and deploy reliable AI agents that power internal tools, dashboards, and automation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop internal dashboards and applications that integrate with Zoho, GoHighLevel, Supabase and other services.
• Build AI agents that connect to live data sources such as Google Ads, Analytics, emails, SMS and call transcripts, enabling plain‑English queries.
• Create and maintain automation sequences for email and SMS that run core business processes.
• Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to feed large volumes of unstructured data into language models.
• Set up and manage API integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI agents at scale using frameworks such as Claude Code, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar.
• Strong understanding of API integration, server setup, and database connectivity.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑stack development, including React front‑ends and Node.js or Python back‑ends.
