AI Trainer (Contract, 3 Months)

About the role

Ashreitech Academy is looking for an experienced AI Trainer to deliver practical, structured training on artificial intelligence, AI tools and their real-world applications. The trainer must have a strong technical background and be able to explain complex concepts simply and engagingly. The position is a 3-month contract, on-site, at 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, with locations in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions on AI concepts, technologies, tools and applications.
• Develop course outlines, presentations, learning materials, assignments and practical exercises.
• Demonstrate AI tools, generative AI applications and prompt engineering techniques.
• Run hands-on activities so participants can apply AI concepts in real-world scenarios.
• Assess progress through assignments, quizzes and practical evaluations.
• Maintain attendance records, assessment results and training progress reports.
• Update training materials to match project objectives and learning needs.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification professional experience.
• Relevant professional certification or qualification in AI or a related discipline.
• Preferred: previous experience in AI training, generative AI, prompt engineering or technical instruction.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of AI, AI tools and their practical applications.
• Understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering and relevant AI technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and instructional skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to learners at different levels.
• Classroom management, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Pay is PKR 100,000 to 150,000 per month.
