About the role

We are looking for a creative AI Video Editor to produce high‑performing short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You will use cutting‑edge AI generation tools and prompt engineering to turn concepts into scroll‑stopping content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate AI‑based video clips using prompt‑driven tools such as Sora, Veo 3, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen and Kling AI.
• Write, test and refine prompts to describe scenes, motion, style and lighting.
• Edit raw AI footage into polished videos with CapCut, Descript or similar platforms, adding text overlays, transitions and pacing that match viral frameworks.
• Adapt each video to the technical and creative specifications of Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Document successful prompt formulas and creative frameworks for future reuse.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new AI video generation models and platform algorithm changes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with AI video generation tools.
• Strong prompt‑engineering ability and a fast‑iteration mindset.
• Solid understanding of short‑form platform algorithms and best‑practice formats.
• Ability to visualise concepts and translate them into effective prompts.
• Portfolio that showcases AI‑generated video work.

Required skills

• AI video generation tools: Sora, Veo 3, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Kling AI.
• Video editing platforms: CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere, After Effects.
• Prompt engineering for visual content.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts algorithms.
• Basic cinematography concepts (camera angles, composition, lighting) for prompt writing.
• Supporting tools: Midjourney, DALL‑E, ElevenLabs (AI voice).
• Project‑management tools: ClickUp, Slack.
