About the role

Generate and edit high‑performing short‑form video content using AI generation and editing tools. The role involves prompt engineering, video editing, and adapting content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate AI videos using prompt‑based tools (Sora, Veo 3, Runway, Higgsfield, Kling AI).
• Write and optimise prompts for video generation models.
• Edit AI‑generated footage into polished videos using CapCut and similar tools.
• Implement viral content frameworks: hook patterns, pacing, text overlays, transitions.
• Adapt content for platform requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Document successful prompt formulas and creative frameworks.
• Stay current on new AI video generation models and capabilities.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years experience with AI video generation tools (HeyGen, Kling, Higgsfield).
• Strong prompt‑engineering abilities, understanding scene description, motion, style and lighting.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts algorithms and formats.
• Ability to visualise concepts and translate them into effective prompts.
• Fast‑iteration mindset – test, analyse, refine.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI‑generated video work.

Required skills

• AI video generation tools: Sora, Veo 3, Runway, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Kling.
• Prompt engineering for video models.
• Video editing platforms: CapCut, Descript, Runway, Adobe Premiere, After Effects.
• Cinematography basics (camera angles, composition, lighting) for prompt writing.
• Supporting tools: Midjourney, DALL‑E, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs (AI voice generation).
• Project‑management tools: ClickUp, Slack.
