About the role

First Epic is an AI‑first studio that creates broadcast documentary episodes using fully AI‑generated historical recreation scenes. As the AI Video Production Lead, you will head a four‑person pod that includes two AI Video Generation Artists and one AI Image Artist, turning short‑form historical mini‑stories into polished 1080p+ footage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the four‑person pod day‑to‑day, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Assign stories, lock characters and elements before shot work begins.
• Plan episode blocks to deliver roughly two episodes every seven weeks.
• Maintain complete prompt documentation for the entire pod.
• Provide clear written milestone updates to the client lead and handle escalations with diagnoses.
• Manage revision feedback calmly, keeping the team productive.
• Train and develop the pod for long‑term client retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping AI‑generated video content and guiding at least one other artist.
• Trusted oversight: ability to direct generation work and catch issues early.
• Real‑world planning skills under broadcast pressure.
• Strong documentation habits for prompt logging across the team.
