Airbnb Virtual Assistant Intern – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant Intern to support our short‑term rental portfolio. Working remotely, you will ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience while helping our operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay via email, chat apps, and phone.
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications using our property‑management software.
• Coordinate check‑ins and check‑outs, liaising with cleaning and maintenance teams.
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can handle guest issues calmly.
• Availability for 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with flexibility during peak periods.
• Long‑term interest in the hospitality and short‑term rental industry.
