Amazon Seller Central Specialist (On‑site, Karachi)

About the role

The Amazon Seller Central Specialist will join NAZGROW’s e‑commerce team in Karachi to manage and grow client brands on Amazon. Working on‑site, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end administration of Seller Central accounts, ensuring listings are optimised, inventory is balanced and performance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise product listings, A+ content and pricing on Amazon Seller Central.
• Monitor inventory levels, fees, refunds and settlements to maintain accurate financial records.
• Analyse sales, advertising and market data daily, producing reports that drive visibility and conversion improvements.
• Respond to customer inquiries, manage feedback and resolve account or listing issues with Amazon support.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, design and logistics teams to execute promotions, catalogue changes and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, brand guidelines and NAZGROW’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales and advertising data.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Customer‑focused mindset with solid service orientation.
• Basic understanding of finance concepts such as Amazon fees, margins and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• Microsoft Excel or comparable data‑analysis tools.
