Amazon & Shopify Trainer (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

The Amazon and Shopify Trainer will join ICT – Institute of Corporate and Taxation to design and deliver hands‑on training programs on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms. Working on‑site in Pakistan, the trainer will guide learners through store setup, product listing, catalog management and order processing, ensuring they acquire job‑ready e‑commerce skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update structured curricula covering Amazon and Shopify store creation, product listing, inventory and pricing management, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare training materials, presentations and lab exercises for classroom and practical sessions.
• Conduct live classroom and hands‑on lab sessions, demonstrating platform features and guiding learners through real‑world projects.
• Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback and track progress.
• Continuously update course content to reflect the latest e‑commerce policies, trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with institute leadership to improve curriculum quality and develop new programs.

Required profile

• Proven practical expertise with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify store management, including product listing, inventory control and order processing.
• Experience in e‑commerce operations, digital sales strategies and online marketplace compliance.
• Ability to design training modules, develop lesson plans and create clear instructional materials.
• Strong classroom facilitation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, Marketing or a related field; teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
